A 25% non-refundable deposit and guest form submission are required to secure each booking. If we have not received the necessary information by the date specified, Grizzly Lodge reserves the right to book the spot to the next group in line.
The final payment of 75% plus tax is due 60 days before arrival. This will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made.

Book our facility for a family event or bring your top clients for a corporate retreat they’ll never forget. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. If we have not received the necessary information Grizzly Lodge reserves the right to book the spot to the next group in line.

We love getting to know our guests year after year. Our returning groups have the opportunity to book the same dates each season up to 7 days after departure. Any changes to dates or group size will be subject to availability. We’re sorry for the inconvenience but we are unable to speculate on availability more than a year in advance. Note: In some instances groups may be asked to move dates or adjust their group size.
