The Shuswap Lake area offers lots to do while visiting the area. The lake is home to Canada’s largest fleet of house boats. The many arms of the lake and the many sandy beaches, not to mention the warm summer weather, make exploring the lake by house boat a popular vacation activity. House boats are available for rent from a number of operators, as well as ski boats and pontoon boats.
