Fresh Powder ….. Not Rain
Saturday, January 16th, 2010Well it might be raining in the valleys but not so much up here at the lodge ! Went for a quick spin this afternoon to check out the alpine conditions . Was well worth my time as there wasn’t a track to be found, looked like a completely untouched Mt. Was kinda fogged in so we where not able to carve up to much of the fresh stuff but will be back tomorrow when the sun starts shining !! Took a quick probe below the gas drop and was happy to see my prob almost disappear ….. 8 ft probe and only about a ft left … ill leave the math up to you. – 1 c tonight with the odd flurry passing through.
